Subtle symptoms of PD

Hi there. Can anyone tell me what they are. for me I get trouble with the muscles in the front thighs and muscles around knees, trouble with balance and controlling left leg. Trouble turning around. Trouble with controlling my toungue when eating, Trouble with smiling. All controlled with conscious thought. What else should I be looking for?
