I have a manual electric massage unit I put my feet on it for a while then I hold it on different parts of my body. It is working when I get a ‘pins and needles ‘ type reaction. It helps but I regard it as part of the package. I also consciously think about which muscles I am using and how / for what. I have an electric massage chair I use daily

I am 66 and diagnosed about , I don’t know, about 18 month ago. At the time of diagnosis I would have said that I’d had P for about 9-10 yrs. Recently someone on here mentioned pain in the back. I have had that for about 29 years and miraculously it has gone in this last 9 months. If this is a symptom then I have had P for far longer.
