Yes as dopamine agonists but best to max out on levodopa first.

I believe they are in the UK especiallly if you cannot swallow

Yes, there are neupro patches. My understanding, on young onset Parkinsons, is to take the dopamine Agonist first and then switch to l-dopa if the Agonist is no longer effective.
