Reply regarding "Phlegm/ coughing"

My first post...find phlegm/coughing annoying. What helps is throat lozenges Called...

Slippery Elm (elm bark)/product by Thayers. Stay on for week A.M. then P.M or use as directed. A while back sang with "Sweet Adellines" took before singing program staged it clear as a bell. Also using a Throat Tea "Organic Throat Coat"by Traditional Medicinals.(Home Foods) contains organic slippery elm. Hope things clear up.

Slippery Elm Lozenge's any health food store and Throat tea Whole foods or anywhere where they sell organic tea....good luck.

Thanks, Captain. Found Slippery Elm Lozenges on Amazon! I will try Whole Foods for the tea, but it's an hour drive. I appreciate the info.
