I just heard frim a speech therapist working with folks with PD that rubbing an ice cube over face helps stimulate facial muscles that prevent the “mask” tendency in PD. Any one else tried this and what was your experience ?

That sounds like a wonderful idea, and the price is right. Am experimenting now. So far, I have lost four ice cubes.
Cold on the face stimulates the vagus nerve and that may be why it is used as a remedy. Any results besides melted ice cubes? Here's some an interesting theory on the Vagus nerve and PD.
