i was wondering if thiamine works how long it takes to feel any effect and what can we expect to feel and how long we need to continue this therapy

Why would you take anything for PD, supplement or prescription, med if you are not sure you even have PD?

i was just asking him a question in which he said one having pd has to benefit from thiamine,, how can anyone be sure about PD....

At a minimum, an actual neurologist's diagnosis seems like a basic need before trying to treat a specific disease.
