Has anyone undergone DBS?I'm being offered that as a solution to taking too much Sinemet to control my tremors (1800 mg per day).

DBS saved my life and I also follow the doctor's (Below) protocols. Why not do both?

If I was being offered DBS I would go for it. Basically, DBS stimulates the part of the brain that produces dopamine and isn’t that what we need? Natural dopamine! Not a pharmaceutical product. In most cases I am aware of the patient still requires some dosage of the pharmaceutical product but I have read that often the dosage is low or not at all. I am planning on putting my name on the wait list for DBS as I feel it won’t be too long before my window of opportunity for success will be slim.
