My First Launch

I talk, laugh, yell out while dreaming, but last night was my first launch out of bed. I don’t know if the fall caused the dream, or if the dream caused the fall. I was shocked that I was on the floor and not in the ocean! Fortunately, I only have bruises.

I take .25 mg clonazepam each night for REM behavior disorder. It helps immensely.

I've had this too landed on the floor on my shoulder bizarre feeling ! I also woke up ( well my partner woke me ) to dreaming I was chasing a thief who stole my purse and I was elbowing him but I was actually elbowing my partner next to his face ! It didn't hit him only surfacing near him thank goodness !
