My neurologist has prescribed me the MAOB inhibitor Xadago for the purpose of prolonging my ‘ON’ time on Sinemet Plus. I wonder if Xadago would work the same way with mucuna pruriens?

Xadago and mucuna pruriens
I'm not a dr but I don't see why not. It stops your body from mopping up any excess dopamine leaving more available. I doubt it matters where the dopamine comes from.
Good luck.
Hello skydome! I take xadago and mucuna, I could say that my experience is that taking xadago doesn't make any difference....
I suppose it should work the same way..
Have you tried xadago yet? Makes much difference for you when taken with sinemet?
Hi Mis37, I have not started taking xadago yet as I am a little hesitant to so quickly add another drug to my med regime.
How long have you been using xadago and MP together? When you say taking xadago doesn't make any difference, do you mean that the it does not make the effect of MP last longer or that you don't feel any effect of xadago at all - good or bad? Sorry for so many questions.
Thank you so much!
I've been using them together about 4months.
I don't feel any effect at all.
Keep posting your experience. I hope you're doing well!!
