My pd systems are challenges with voice, Manual dexterity, handwriting....does sinemet helps these non motor symptoms. And what helps post nasal drip? Thanks!

Many times i feel my non motor symptoms which I am plagued by many are more of a problem while I'm full doped up. Seems the Sinemet exasperates the tongue tied, quirky and not able to multi-task self usually kept at bay under my skin. As far as post nasal drip, the best thing I've found in a dozen years since dx............A handkerchief..... Best of luck Wolfepower22.

My pwp took the Big and Loud therapy and it really helps his voice and swallowing. Otherwise you might try singing loudly to strengthen your voice using your full range of high and low notes. I sign checks for him now. He still does other stuff around the house, though it takes longer than it used to.
