Taurine is in my top 5 supplements list for PD and there are quite a few studies showing it has potential be helpful in multiple disease states including PD. Taurine is also found to be low in PWPs. TUDCA has already been discussed in another thread.

Taurine is neuro protective and low taurine levels are associated with increased motor symptoms severity in PD. It also looks like the long term use of Levodopa may also contribute to lower taurine levels.

I experimented with fairly high dose powder taurine and it was easy to mix in a sports drink or water because it dissolves easily and does not have a strong taste.

I forgot to mention that taurine can help increase hydrogen sulfide (H2S)!
