my neck hurts and i feel like im being stabbed and my necks pops everytime i turn it feels like discs are slipping out and i push them back

Far infrared heating pad helps with pain. You can buy one on eBay. That kind of a heating pad is different from a regular heating pad. You can put it on a real low so you are not burning up.

Have you had an MRI on your neck ? I had one that showed stenosis and pinched nerve with bone spurs. It is so important to let your Neurologist know when you have pain .

Consult a physiotherapist as soon as possible. A good massage would also help you.

Had intolerable pain on my neck and therapist has done wonderful work on it. Deep tissue massage, decompression, acupuncture and some chiropractic are all part of my therapy.
