Body movements just need a 'puff' of dopamine to get started.

A new study in mice suggests that a burst of dopamine levels at the beginning of a movement only, as opposed to all the time, is what gets us going; this may have important implications for treating Parkinson's disease.

Your post reminded me of what I read quite a while ago about a dopamine inhaler for a quick burst of dopamine when needed immediately. I wonder whatever happened with that.

Don't keep fixating on dopamine to alleviate your lack of energy.

Dopamine is just one(1) neurotransmitter within your system's complex of neurotransmitters....

THIS WELL STATED 20% loss of dopamine before PD symptoms show would A TEST FOR DOPAMINE resolve problem.. catch it before it gets hold

if 20/25% has to be lost then a normal level MUST BE KNOWN .this significant loss GOES...
