well you can buy it in australia new zeland and a lot of places in europe.they have sinemet but i dont like them myself go into google you can find what your looking for,there.

yes just google what countries can i buy madopar they are all there but you need a scrip from a doctor.try mecury drug stores in the philippines they might get it for you,
