I agree, very interesting. I almost think it's better to have low levels of dopamine rather than high? This also helped explain why my chocolate makes me feel better. Thanks for posting.

mentalhealthdaily.com/about/ there are no citations. I think the article is going to have to be taken with a grain of salt. It's interesting, has some things I've never heard about, it makes some sense, at this point it could be called anecdotal. But it is interesting.

Read nearly all of it . Lost interest about 20 minutes into it 😊 according to the author my failure to stay on task could have a myriad of root causes . But I’m going with boring . :)
