It seems strange.. the past week I’ve slept better at night, and now the past two nights no sleep again. I see the Neurologist next week, really hoping he will give me something else.
I’m so exhausted, but sure getting some crocheting done...

Time Release Melatonin-Clonazepam-Noritryptaline-Pure organic CBD Oil
Then You'll sleep!!
My husband was really having trouble staying asleep. Melatonin is good for putting him to sleep but he does not stay asleep and is up in 30 minutes. He takes his meds every 90 minutes throughout the night. Not being able to fall back to sleep myself, I use the time to read up on Parkinson's A week ago after a few bad years of struggling with this, I read that someone was going to sleep and then taking the ORALLY DISSOLVING tablet upon awakening instead of the regular sinemet. We tried this now for four nights and it is working better for us. I do the regular dosing until I am ready for sleep, set the timer and around midnight make sure that he gets an orally dissolving table. The first night he slept for THREE AND A HALF hours straight. At that point I gave him another orally dissolving and he slept another two and a half hours. Of course, he awoke very stiff the two times but the orally dissolving got him going more quickly. It's definitely worth a try. I hope it works for you!
