My husband takes medication for high blood pressure and with PD medications experiences dizziness with sudden drop in blood pressure. Does anyone where compression stockings or an abdominal binder to control blood pressure?

Medication taken to lower blood pressure, combined with the effects of Parkinson's, may be making blood pressure too low.
I would guess the medication needs adjusting rather than wear stockings etc.
What PD. Meds is your husband on ?.
My husband is taking blood pressure meds as well as Stalevo and his neurologist gave us a visual explanation of how it affects your body with movement. Fill a water bottle half full, capped, laying sideways will move the water (blood flow). This causes your blood pressure to change from upright to different positions and that brings dizziness until you stabilze.
