Hi. Took half sinemet from June to now. Now I take whole pill 5x a day started 2 days ago. How long to take my body get use too

Unfortunately there's no answer for that as everyone is different. Make sure you get lots of exercise...

It takes a couple of weeks till you start to feel any thing from the senenet, 5 x a day is a lot though pay attention to your for mucle pain the dr took my husband off 5x a day to 2 three times a day

I take n half a pill twice a day but i continue with the pramipexole. I cannot tolerate a whole pill. It makes me nauseous. My dr said to take it with crackers which does help. I can’t imagine taking 5/day.
