My husband's neurologist gave him a anti nausea pill to take an hour before his c/l pills to prevent nausea. You can ask your dr. to do the same. He now takes c/l ER and there is no nausau related to that one. Good luck.

The c/l ER made you sick or the anti nausea meds made you sick? He did take the regular c/l for a short time a few years ago and that made him sick. He stopped taking it for quite a while, didn't take anything. Then when we moved to GA his new neuro dr. suggested he take the c/l ER said people have less nausea with it and he tried it and is doing well.

Oh dear......... Have you checked with your neuro dr. to see what he/she suggests to do next? The c/l ER is supposed to make you not nauseauated - that is a hard word to spell and I do great with most words!! YES I saw the post from the person that said to go to webmd and type in "parkinson's and nausea". Try that.

Hi. I don’t take c/l er. I take the regular pill.

You have no trouble with nausea and the regular pill? My husband had nausea with the regular pill that's why she put him on the c/l ER and no more nausea. That's why I suggested the c/l ER instead.

At first, my doctor recommended I take an extra carbidopa pill (25 mg). That helped a little, in that the upchucking stopped, but I still felt queasy. Now I take ondansetron (the generic for Zofran).
