I’m facing oral surgery in a few hours, Dystonia hit an hour ago as I dragged this sluggish body to the bathroom and waited it out, made my way back via strategically placed chairs to grab onto ( in a hotel in city where I’m waiting for hospital admission) picked up iPad and found this ....thank you .....something to look forward to even though I rarely drink. Just going to make myself as I’m the odd one out in my family so they will be pleased.

Just as an add on have had a good week comparatively, whereby my ON TIME has increased dramatically since starting a daily dose of Vitamin B Complex. I have even halved my Madopar doses. This morning has let me down but I’m putting that down to fear of the general anaesthetic I’m about to undergo.

The Dystonia this morning was only the second time in 9 days too . It was every morning give or take a day or so whereby it gave me a break.

Just thought I’d share. Sleeping has eluded me also......strange bed etc. My carer is blissfully snoring away so I’m pleased not to have woken her. My good friend has steppped in as my husband couldn’t get away. We live in a small country village with no Specialists or major hospital so have had to overnight in the attending town. After being released I look forward to choosing a nice vintage.......

Hope the surgery went well. Really interesting re the vitamin B improvement. That's great being able to lower the meds.
