Type 1 diabetes and Parkinson's

Does anyone have type 1 diabetes and Parkinson's disease? I'm trying to figure out if some of my husbands Parkinson's medications are causing his blood sugars to go really high. He use to have such good control until he went on Parkinson's drugs. I can't seem to find anyone else with this combination of diseases. He's also Celiac and has Osteoporosis but it's the diabetes with are struggling with at the moment.

Have you discussed this with his doctor and pharmacist? They need to know the issues he is facing. This a very complex situation and without knowing what other meds he is on you may get incorrect advice. If he is taking any steroid or antibiotic meds it will make blood glucose levels higher

Also, the best herb to help control blood sugar is Fenugreek. In addition to lowering blood sugar levels it has been shown to be a good adjuvant therapy for PD:
