I got sexually compulsive on Mirapex. On Azilect I;m like I was before...libido OK for a man my age (58). I may be a little needier now, need affection (and sex) for pleasure, reassurance.

Parkinson's is unlikely to "effect" sex drive, but it apparently can "affect" sex drive.

According to the sexual dysfunction report at PLM - Patients Like Me (patientslikeme.com), 3186 Parkinsonians in the PLM Parkinson’s Disease community reported the following experiences with sexual dysfunction: 11%= Severe problem. 18%= Moderate problem. 25%= Mild problem. 46%= No problem.
