He is currently a clinical associate professor at the New York University School of Medicine[2] and the New York Institute of Technology College of Osteopathic Medicine and Director of the American Parkinson's Disease Association New York Center at the New York Institute of Technology College of Osteopathic Medicine. He has been involved in a number of clinical trials for new pharmaceutical treatments for Parkinson's disease.
Dr. Fazzini was consulted by the Vatican for the treatment of John Paul II. Famous patients include Michael J. Fox and Muhammad Ali. He confirmed the competency of then Attorney-General Janet Reno after she was diagnosed with Parkinson's Disease. He was one of the co-founders of Rock Steady Boxing and helped to develop the Silverman speech therapy program for the treatment of Parkinson's Disease.
He has written a book as well.
