This is a wonderful video. She could well be talking about what I have been doing since 1994. I did not do it with people who were trained to deal with Pd, because there were no people outside of neurologists who were trained to deal with Pd at a non-medication level. I hope that lots of Pd patients listen to what she has said here and start to turn their lives around, as I have.

I am pleased to hear what she says about what happens in the brain when we feel out of breath and don't think we can carry on. She said that the brain produces a whole lot of chemicals to deal with coping. I have had no training in medicine or Exercise, but I have been able to draw conclusions from what I have learned and those conclusions all appear to be correct.

Yesterday, I made a video of how to consciously control our walking action. It should be finished in a short while and then I will put it on HU.

The man who took part in the video took forever to get into the hall and after less than 2 minutes he was able to walk on his own, without his walker or care-giver. The man making the video could not believe what he was seeing and he was brought to tears. What a pity that nobody in the medical world is interested in what I am trying to do for others.

She is also reporting on her experience of WPC2016 which you attended. I wonder if you heard the presentations she is enthusiastic about?

If you want to work with Sarah King on her programme i suggest you try looking for her videos on u tube. I only know what is in the video I posted. Or google search her. Good luck.
