I'm taking 500mg twice a day of jarrows cdp choline citacholine.it increases attentiveness lifts brain fog generally a nootropic but also used in pd as usually within 30 days it increases receptor density of dopamine and thus total dopamine dose decreases.u have to be careful as it increases gh. Tsh lh thru the stim of acth so diabetics BP be cateful

Gh stands for growth hormone the hormone secreted by the pituitary

Lh stands for leutenizing hormone secreted by the pituitary

Acth stands for adrenocorticotrophic hormone secreted by the pituitary gland and it works by stimulating the adrenals to secrete cprtisol

That's a bright idea. See if you can get hold of some organic wheat germ powder. 1-2 Tsf mixed in a glass of water gives a lot ohf antioxidants and vitamins . Google it and see? I'm taking it
