i'm convinced that pd is a metabolic issue and i'm picking up a lot on the pathways of our metabolic system. it's forked............... one goes to liver other gi tract. everything hinges on mitochondria health.

few things I've lifted about mitochondria....... they can be overtaxed by fat congestion in liver........... you need muscle tissue to produce unpronouncable biochemical for mitocondrial health......(feed mitochondria?) then I think the glial cells feed neurons. A VERY INCOMPLETE MAP OF METABOLIC SYSTEM.

FEED FREE TO ADD INFO. TKS

sooooo.......if you want TO ADD MITOCONDRIAL CELLS, you do't count calories.....you build muscle. best way to do that I think is weight lifting. and.. inactivity is lethal. ii've lost muscle mass this winter..

Here is a protocol that shows how to upgrade your mitochondria using supplements such as nicotinamide riboside for example. longecity.org/forum/topic/8... If you follow this you can breakdown then rebuild fresh mitochondria pretty easily and get more energy.

Have you tried this & for how long?

I have tried it. I use the nicotinamide riboside along with 50 mg of pterostilbene every day an I notice an increase in energy. It works even better if you take the supplements and exercise after taking it. You notice that you can do more exercise and for a longer period.

there are several forms of vit d?!?! essential for muscle strength.

okaaay....apparently sunshine is only the precursor of vitamin d..it becomes active with the addition of biosubstances located in several locations of body and......naturally there is an agonist too.

you can buy activated d... as well as many other vits.... this is important because as we age I imagine we produce less and less of aforementioned biosubstances.

bookmarked. l-serine will google. thinking beached whales?

micro organisms part of recipes for a lot of mischief.....coupled with higher organisms need to make compounds. we can manufacture vit c as well as our own toxins............auto immune system coating an invader does create a carcinogenic coumpound, as in asbestos illness.

I'm absolutely absolutely....about a mold that makes zombies out of foraging ants that go on to feed them. didn't keep details. how human, eh?
