would you like a recipe for Swedish Lemon squares? So easy.
I like this one; only problem is I cannot do the "rub butter into flour" bit any more so friend does it.
Shortbread
1 1/2 oz icing sugar
1 oz cornflour
3 1/2 oz plain flour
1 Tablespoon ground almonds
4 1/2 oz butter
Mix flours and sugar, add almonds, rub in butter
Roll out or press into 7 inch round shallow tin
Mark into 8 sections
Bake 200 c for about 15 -18 mins, but check its not too brown too quickly.
