Skin colour changes

Hi has anyone had skin colour changes , I was dx with Pd in April but my right arm and hand are a deeper brown than my right, any clues anyone

Will be interested in replies. My left wrist & fingers becomes darker than my right - 2/3 times a week, generally in the afternoon/evening!

In a word, yes I see skin changes.
