Lulu and I just got back from our half mile walk. Time to rest now. I love having Lulu she is my constant companion.

Yes, I find pets are very comforting and great company too. They can get you out the door, so to speak.

I love dogs. I try to eat one at least once a week and find it helps my symptoms. Obviously kidding. My 14 year old mini poodle is always by my side. He is so attached that when my symptoms worsened we had to put him on Prozac.
