"the medication is excellent these days"

but the miracle smile of

"you can go home now, everything is fine".

Hope is getting up and checking how you are,

knowing that one day soon you'll be worse

- but maybe not today. Not yet.

Hope is wherever you find it.

Urate, stem cells, exercise.

Mitochondria, fruit flies.

Some days Hope is just a small town in Arkansas
