Updated my stack to include bedtime and diet

I updated my stack to include two of the most important items:

1. Go to bed at the SAME TIME EVERY NIGHT at a reasonable hour. It is important to get in time with the circadian rhythm.

2. Follow an anti-inflammatory diet. The Specific Carbohydrate Diet (SCD) has been shown to normalize the microbiome.

Have you included light? Bright light in the morning, dim lights at night, maximise natural day light by rising and going to bed with the sun. No blue light at night or screens. Red light therapy….

I understand the importance of bright light in the morning and no blue light at night but I don't follow it. I don't use red light therapy (it is not that I don't believe in RLT, I just can't do everything). Thanks!

yeah, I was really just adding it for completeness for others who are following your list who haven’t researched as thoroughly as you.

Red hat certainly seems to help my hubby. He is very proactive using it when feeling bad. He just wears it while watching TV or looking at PC.

I was jist wondering, do you follow an anti-inflammatory diet. i.e. avoiding fried foods?

The Specific Carbohydrate Diet is anti-inflammatory but does not forbid fried food. I don't eat much fried food.

How much it costs you per month. Its huge stack and difficult to maintain and sticking to it.

One item is " Probiotics for Women" Is it specific to women?

Is the dose of Vinpocetine 30 mg daily is not on higher side?

Which form of vitamin B12 are you taking?

I didn't notice Vitamin D3

Tyrosine is absent in the list

Coq10 is missing

Mannitol is missing

- Okay, I don't have this number. I will try and figure it out, but most of the things in my stack are pretty reasonable. I am maintaining my current stack on this blog and I will work to update it to include prices. It might take me a while to get them all in there. rbd-pd-protocols.blogspot.c...

- I know they call it probiotics for women but I don't think that means anything. I read about these 4 probiotics being helpful and found all 4 were in this product: Lactobacillus acidophilus, Lactobacillus reuteri, Bifidobacterium bifidum, Lactobacillus fermentum.

- Vinpocetine 30 mg twice a day probably is on the high side. The bottle says to take it once a day. I am not a smart man :)

Which form of vitamin B12 are you taking?

- I think I am taking the wrong B12. More on that here. Near the end somebody suggested a combo B12: healthunlocked.com/cure-par...

I didn't notice Vitamin D3

- I bought some D3. It is not on my stack but eventually I will hopefully use it up as I paid for it. I have a pile of things I bought that I may end up taking just to use them up (all except the ones I stopped because I thought they might be bad for me). Of course if I ever get healthy then I may just let those unused supplement sit and rot.

Tyrosine is absent in the list

- I don't take Tyrosine. I don't really have an opinion on it.

Coq10 is missing

- I don't take CoQ10. I was trying idebenone for a while. It just seemed too speculative.

Mannitol is missing

- I don't take Mannitol. I don't really have an opinion on it either.

Hopefully I can start removing some things from my stack over the next year.

Also, I heard in several places that if you are taking probiotics, you should switch them up every few months so that your flora are diverse. I just finished this one amazon.com/gp/product/B07MQ...
