Watch this video and see all of the amazing benefits of this drug for PD. It works by three different mechanism's and is by far the most advanced drug out there for PD. It works in combination with L-Dopa therapy. vimeo.com/116166647 One thing I like about it is that it suppresses glutamate release which means that it is protecting the degenerating neurons that release glutamate. I think this is very useful as it is indeed neuroprotective and that is what we need.

my wife tried 2 weeks ago xadango and nothing special... rhenry45 are you living somewhere in LA?
has anyone else tried xandago?
Thanks for sharing this. It states "for the treatment of patients with mid-late stage Parkinson’s disease experiencing motor fluctuations despite being stabilized on ‘Standard of Care’... is this being used for early phase PWP and I wonder what is next in terms of clinical trials. Safinamide sounds interesting.
It works really well for me. I noticed it eliminates anxiety. By blocking the glutamate release. Glutamate causes our feeling of anxiety.
Thank you so much for sharing this video with us, we will have to see when we go see our new neurologist in January.

Took Xadago for a few months. Developed retinal degeneration. Moving from bright light (bright summer sunshine) to inside a building became difficult because my vision would not adjust to the lesser amount of light. Took 20 minutes for the adjustment of the retina in order to see. Quit taking this med. and vision has returned to normal. Stopping this med. was the only thing that was changed.
