I never knew what to eat as a PD person.

Now I found a protocol I think will do a world of good.

Google 'the Wahls Protocol" if you are interested.

The first thing it did for me was to improve my digestion, which is huge for me!!

Thanks!! This protocol is very interesting.

When I first started, I went cold turkey off of bread and sugar.

I quickly found out this was not the right thing for me to do, as I went into heavy detox. So I added some bread and sugar, and doing much better.

I believe the protocol is sound, and will be experimenting with it to see what part of it works for me.
