My sense of smell and taste has improved 25% in the last few month.
I think my pd is reversing I hope.
i am having almost no down time or any symptoms on a day o day basis. Today
I dung a 55 ft by 18 inches deep trench in 2.5 hours using a pick ax and and a ax.
I cut the side of the ditch and tree roots with the ax and dug it with the pix ax.
Then installed the water line and back filled the ditch. Started at 6:30 am and finished at 1 pm.
Back is tight but fell great. It is now 7 pm.
I am 62 10 years DX 12 years with major symptoms and 25 years with off and on symptoms.

Bailey, what is the box you're standing on? Is that part of the crossfit training?
I was just thinking, hm, I worked out today and I have boxing Sunday, I think I'll take Saturday off. Forget it! Not after hearing your amazing news!

It is so good to know your senses of taste and smell are inproving. Your crosssfit work and busy life at home does seem to be helping your PD. You and John Pepper have both been able to do that--it should inspire us all to keep working at our own exercise and activeness. It could actually be the way to delay the disease like "they've" been saying.
