Hi has anyone in the UK tried or been able to get LDN. I spoke to my consultant and he totally refused to have anything to do with it. I have read lots of good positive things about LDN. Surely we have a right to try it..... Any replies would be really welcome as am on a mission now.....

you might have to buy it privately - that is what usually happens in Norway. Reason: the Govt does not make enough money on LDN to warrant handling and prescribing it. Might also be the case in the UK?
Don't think UK govt makes money on prescribing it actually costs them money.
There still isn't sufficient evidence that it is effective so most GPs won't prescribe but there is an excellent LDN web site and info on how to get the drug.
