I HAVE A problem walking ,numbness but very painful. I JUST had a monster 7 hour back surgery, a cage was put in 12/18/2015. i acquired cdif for 6 weeks. I need help to be independent Does anyone have any assistance. Thank You

When you say cage I presume you mean you were fused. How many levels and what region? L3-S1? What is cdif? I ll bet you will benefit greatly from home health PT if available.

So sorry you had Dcif on top of your surgery! That must have been miserable! I'm sure the infection added to your weakness. Your orthopedic Dr should be able to order P.T. to help get you up and going. That would be the best place to start. He should have had you scheduled for that already unless he was waiting for the infection to clear up. Good luck!
