DBS self adjusting

For those that have DBS, how many of you have been instructed by your programmer to adjust the voltage intensity? How about pulse width or frequency?

I been told to adjust the voltage at no more than 0.02 increments at a time. I have only been told once to adjust frequency/wavelength once after making adjustments to the voltage did not help. I had my DBS sugery last may, so I am still relatively need to DBS.
