DBS- pulge generator popping out

My wife got the DBS surgery done in January 2011. Since then the battery/pulse genset has come out 4 times. The 5th time, within one month o the surgery. Any one had similar problem ? Any suggestions pl?

So sorry to hear that....how horribly uncomfortable for her. What does the surgeon say? My neurologist tells me that there is one in the works that's about the size of a large watch battery, under development in Australia. If there's a case to made to try it, she sounds like a good candidate. Shop surgeons.
