I still often walk like a drunkard, so I reckon the being on or coming off the neupro patch made no difference. I suppose best thing is to see how you feel yourself.

Hi, well I'm down to six mg now and still feeling dizzy / unbalanced so I properly need to go down more and wait till my system adjusts itself ! I read it can take 2 weeks to90 days to come out of yr system ...

If the dizzyness keeps up ask your doc to have a look in your ears just as a precaution make sure they are not bunged up with any dried wax, as that can also cause similar problems .

Joe it did take a while (at least 2 weeks) before I felt better. That **** really affected my breathing and off times. As i said one night I could hardly walk. And the floaters are here to stay , so says my eye doctor. She says the med didn't cause it but I didn't have them before the med. I believe it did cause it ti happen. Joe you feel better soon. Did you talk to your neuro? I think you'll feel better as that **** gets out of your system.

Hi michaela13

Really but it's gonna be worth the wait.

Yeah I've got one of those in my eye!

Yeah I spoke to neuro that was last week and she said change patch every 7 days and then said every 10 but I'm just gonna stick to 7 I just want to get rid of them , I'm Due to see neuro sept 3 not long to wait.

I didn't notice any changes when I went from Neupro to ReQuip XL. The big change was adding Sinemet, which enabled me to use my right hand again to eat, write, cut food, remove bottle caps, etc. But it also came with on/off periods, which I had not experienced before. Pick your problem. There is bound to be one.
