I was on Neupro patches and if they have anything to reccommend them it is they make a good knock out patch but still prevent you from sleeping. Wierd!

I conquered that inconvenience, I stopped it. Now I just take Madopar.

I do believe one of the best things is to keep busy living with PD. It seems to work for me, it may not for others.

I think you have to be able to visualise with some of the exercises. I believe pd is to some extent psychological...when we stop thinking , we can do things...neuros tell you what symptoms to expect so it encourages them. If we imagine the best..hard..but necessary i believe with exercise and diet we can reverse symptoms. If im wrong ..i still prefer to think positively.

The snow mountain is 4 up from your tail bone and 2 cm inside your body...just imagine it. I appreciate the support i get from howard shifke on the site.
