Is anyone taking 12mg of Ropinirole in 24 houurs ? I would like to know how much L-doper you take like Madopar Simnmet in the same 24 hour

Yes at the moment, i am 5 years diagnosed. I try to keep the L Dopa as low as possible but still enough to have a good enough life.

I take 12 mg Ropinole at 6am. I also take 3/4 pill of Sinemet at 6,10,2,6,10pm. I also have DBS with 3.4 setting on my right and 2.4 on my left side . I also eliminated taking Comtan at the beginning of this month. I was diagnosed in 2003.

I currently take 2 carbidopa/levodopa along with generic of mirapex (3x daily).

It took some time before I found what dosage works for me,sometimes less is more. We are all different and have to find what work for us.

I take 1 x 5 mg tab every 3 hrs from 0700 hrs -15mg total each day not CR plus 1x50mg Sinemet every 3hrs - total of 3 tabs - diagnosed 4 yrs

sound a lot of ropinirole to the small amount of sinemet . . Does it work for you ?

Sorry - 200 mg levodopa plus 50 mg carbodopa CR x 3 or 4 times/day. The ropinirole is not CR and still take 5mg x 3 per/day. Also tried LDN for 3 months have stopped taking them to see if I feel worse for not taking it - undecided at this stage

Be aware of side effects in particular compulsive behaviour associated with requip i have reduced it to 4mg slow release without any neagative effects! positives are compulsive behaviour has improved almost gone!
