I was diagnosed 3 years ago and up until the last couple of months my meds have kept me virtually symptom free. Recently , I feel think I hurt all over and feel very tired. I know the recommendation is to exercise but I'm finding that very difficult. Also, I am very tired. Is this the progression?. Appreciate anyone's thoughts.

Strange that we use the term progression.... but the probable answer is yes. However everyone presents so different and the "progression" is so different that it is difficult to be certain. Fatigue and aches-pains are very common. When my dopamine levels drop I feel like I'm 30 years older.
Have you had your medication reviewed? It might just be time for more or something different.
I have aches and pains too. I exercise at least 3x a week.I try to walk daily even if it's a short walk. There are some days when I can't do anything. I also take a few drops of hash oil which releives the pain. I have found that yoga is really good at getting rid of some aches and pains.
I hope you find some relief.
