how do you milk a coconut?

I use organic coconut oil in cooking and in place of butter, etc. I have not tried the milk yet! But why not? I also use coconut oil on my dry skin and in my dry hair! Some on here worry about the calories of the oil! I don't! I figure its better for me than a lot of other oils! And I love the flavor!

Coconut milk...no. Coconut oil yes, used by the tablespoon supplies a source of energy, especially for those who can’t process carbs well. Read on ketones.
