Hello I have joined this community to understand and support the family members who suffer from Arthritis. Ranging from sever pain in: knee joints, neck and back.
This has the effect of reduced activity and exercise, this then leads to other health issues. The problem I notice is without any relief especially if it affects the knees the situation can spiral.
Any ideas or suggestions most welcome. Thank you 😀
