Natural remedies to heal arthritis

Hello just been diagnosed with arthritis last year recently in may got an injection diproso and was put in planequin but this affects my eyes (resorted to washing eyes with lemon juice when ever i have felt a flair in eyes and it has helped greatly) and salazophrin .need to beat this. Any help and pointers will be appreciated
