I have a question and wonder if it could be associated with RA. As crazy as this may sound, sometime I feel a twitch inside. A lot of times its around my neck but it can be my arms, or any part of my upper body. It's not visible but I feel my insides kind of jerking movement. Any help as to why?

Are you taking a steroid? My RA doctor said that my twitching and muscle cramping are side effect of the prednisone.
