Looking to see what others find helpful with natural remedies. I have taken many medications and I was not happy with them

My main things in my daily arsenal for battle with this crappy disease are Hebalife Total Control, which is full of ginger, and turmeric. I take 2 TC tabs every morning and one turmeric with my evening meal. It took me until the end of the second bottle of TC before I noticed the the change in my pain level. But when I did, it was drastic! I was never below 5 or 6 on the numeric pain scale. These days I'm averaging a 2 or 3. Diet changes and regular exercise help as well. RA no longer controls me, I am in control! I will never take the Pharm meds again. I wish you a pain free days ahead! 💜💙
