This post has not been locked, on other sites we are advised to lock them, to avoid nuisance people joining in, and targeting certain members. Am loath to reply, when answer available to anyone, rather than just those on this site.

When you write a post and then go to "Post" it, there is a then a choice to make it either open, or just for the Community you are aiming for. Apparently some sites on Health Unlocked, have had people finding out about us, as when they search our conversations come up anywhere, unless we lock them as this community only. I can tell you have not locked it, as after your avatar at the top, and the number of replies, there is no padlock showing. I would be loath to share some of the more personal problems had with my Crohn's, where there is no lock on the communication. Maybe over picky, but one of the larger sites I have to belong to, reminds us of this fairly frequently, their Admins have to spend time dealing with dicey people.

Ok... locking isn’t ideal and let it open public community that i asked to help others and learns others...
