Well, I haven't scrolled down to the bottom of the page, but we don't even get a mention in the best running websites so there must be some mistake
I thought that probably there's good info there if you have the time/energy to dig around for it, but they all seem to take themselves very seriously and I think our friendly forum here (and the ability to ask questions and get the right level of answer) is more suitable for me (not that I'm running at present - still coughing from lurgy no 2).
Hope you're doing OK Delia and see you around again soon.

Hi Ann, yes it is very grown up and serious, I agree. I'm still running despite the anguish, 3 times a week. Can't face up to blogging just yet. Hugs, Delia xxx
I enjoyed the Finn (can't remeber how you spell his first name!) article on the joy of running, but not so keen on the comments section - the usual collection of misanthropes who haunt the Guardian comments sections. Much nicer & supportive here.
Great to read you are still running Delia! x
Yes, the comments are probably best avoided. Although there are a few interesting ones if you have the stomach for it. I wonder why people who hate running take the time to read a running blog and comment on it!
Thank you for your comments - I don't think I'll bother going to look! I like the support on here, so that'll do me
