Just really struggled with and didn't complete r3w3.. no idea why as being doing fine. Should I try this run again on tues or move to w4?

Personally, and from reading round here and hearing of other people's experiences - both good and bad - during C25K, the right thing to do is have another go at R3. I think it's mentally so important to check each run of in a positive way so that you have the strength and belief to move on to the next stage.

You already have 2 runs for week 3 in the bag; there's no reason why you can't nail the last one. Make sure you're rested and healthy then give it another go with a positive outlook and you'll be on week 4 before you know it! Keep going!! :)

I am now on week 6, but hit a difficult run around the point that you are at. I repeated it, and completed the run on second attempt. In the end though, I guess it is up to you how you want to carry it on. Its only you that will know that you have not quite managed a run at the first attempt. Good luck with the rest, it does become more a matter of mind over body the further you get going and knowing what you have achieved in the past, I am sure will spur you on as well.
